Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping directly to locations in the United States. We don't provide international shipping services, but there are third party organizations such as Shipito, Reship, and Stackry that do ship from the U.S. to anywhere in the world.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 2-3 days and shipping usually takes an additional 5-8 business days.
How do I track my order?
If you entered your email while placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking updates by email.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we hope every purchase from SunKissed Fiction brings more sunshine to your day! If you do want to return an item, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Process:
- To start a return, please contact us at info@sunkissedfiction.com.
- Include your name, order number, order date, the reason for return, and any applicable pictures.
- We take great care in sending you high quality products. If the item is damaged for reasons beyond our control, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- Please note that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Once your return is accepted, we will send instructions on the return process.
- In order to receive a full refund, please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition.
